The title of this blog does not come from the notorious film starring Marilyn Chambers, it was actually inspired by the Marvin Moore lyrics in the song made famous by Jim Lowe, The Green Door, music by Bob Davie. The particular lines are "There's an old piano - And they play it hot behind the green door".
