Yellowstone Park Bike Trails
Chris Kerr has written an interesting article in the Chronicle about the virtues of biking in Yellowstone National Park, pointing out that while most summer travelers are happy to see the park from the roadside, mountain bikers have the opportunity to explore Yellowstone on more than a dozen designated biking trails.

Bicycles are not available for rent at the park and they are subject to the same traffic rules as automobiles. Bicycling is permitted on established public roads, parking areas, and designated routes but bikes are prohibited on backcountry trails and boardwalks.
Park authorities warn that vehicle traffic is heavy most of the time and there are no bicycle paths along roadways. Always use extreme caution when riding on park roads.
The Yellowstone Park site, linked above, also has a useful interactive map.
