X Games 11

Florida wakeboarding contingent, Philip Soven Longwood, Parks Bonifay, Danny Harf, Andrew Adkison, Dallas Friday and Tara Hamilton head for the X Games 11 in Los Angeles, C.A. August 4 - 7, 2005, where the guys compete with Canadians Rusty Malinoski and Chad Sharpe, together with Australians Brett Eisenhauer and Daniel Watkins.

In the women's competition Dallas and Tara are joined by an all-American group, Emily Copeland and Lauren Loe from Texas, Lauren Lohrmann from Wisconsin, Meaghan Major, Missouri and Californian Melissa Marquardt. There are however, three women spots yet to be announced and one spot remaining in the men's comp.

Wakeboarding takes place at the Long Beach Marine Stadium on the Friday and Saturday but full details of the events timetable, including event and venue information for the other sports, BMX, Moto, Skateboard and InLine, can be obtained from the EXPN.com web site.
