Monster Energy Pipeline Pro

The Monster Energy Pipeline Pro got underway at Oahu last weekend with high-intensity thrills and spills in solid 15 foot waves. Word of the impressive conditions soon spread and there was a big Saturday crowd of onlookers enjoying the fun but then the swell dropped away. By Sunday morning the swell was just a weak couple of feet. Pipeline went into waiting mode and that is how it has remained until now.

A storm is predicted, driving up the swell and play is scheduled to resume at 8am local time. When there up and running again, watch it live on the Monster Webcast. The competition is scheduled to run through to February 10, 2006.
